and debtor bankruptcy representation, his experience includes
corporate law, environmental law, criminal prosecution
and family law. Tom is a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem.
Tom was born and raised in Utah. He graduated
from Snow College (A.S.) in 1977 and from Utah State University
(B.S., America Studies) in 1984. He obtained his JD degree
from the University of Utah College of Law in 1989. Tom is
a member of the Utah State Bar Association and is a member
of The Real Property and Environmental Law Sections. He is
a Varsity Coach for the Boy Scouts of America. He loves fly
fishing and hiking.

Bar in 2002. She received her law degree from the Washburn
University School of Law in December of 2001, where she
was a legal intern in the Washburn Law Clinic.
Mrs. King recently returned to her home
state of Utah after being out of state for the last four
years. She received a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Weber
State University in 1998, where she was active in the Criminal
Justice Honor Society. She is a member of the Utah State
Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

He has represented mortgage servicers in foreclosure, bankruptcy,
eviction, deficiency, lender liability and related matters
since 1978. He is a frequent lecturer on foreclosure and
creditor
rights and is a licensed title insurance agent. Mr. Lundberg
successfully defended before Utah Supreme Court the right
of a junior lienholder to recover a deficiency judgement
after
the loss of its security through a senior lien foreclosure.
He has primary responsibility for all default processing
at
Lundberg & Associates.
Mr. Lundberg was born in St. George, Utah.
He was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1978. He was educated
at Brigham Young University (BA, Economics
1975) and the University of Chicago (JD 1978). He is a member
of the American Bar Association, the Utah Bar Association,
the USFN, the Utah Mortgage Lenders' Association, and the Commercial
Law League of America. He is active in volunteer work for his
church, the Boy Scouts of America and youth baseball. In addition,
he currently serves as chairman of the Board of Adjustment
for the City of Taylorsville, Utah.

in 1996. Mr. Plott practiced law in Washington State in the
areas of bankruptcy, real estate and personal injury from
1987 to 1992. At that time, he relocated to Utah and continued
his practice in the field of bankruptcy. Prior to joining
Lundberg & Associates, he represented primarily debtors.
He is the lead attorney in the bankruptcy department of Lundberg
& Associates.
Mr. Plott was born and raised in Murray,
Utah. He graduated from the University of Utah in 1984 with
a BA degree and obtained his law degree in 1987 from the University
of Puget Sound. He is a member of the Washington State Bar
(admitted 1987), the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association,
the Utah State Bar Association (admitted 1988) and the Utah
Bankruptcy Lawyers' Forum.
