Lundberg & Associates,
a professional corporation, is a law firm serving the real estate
finance industry and other secured and unsecured lenders. It
was founded by Scott Lundberg in 1991. From an original staff
that numbered one attorney and two legal assistants, the firm
has grown to include seven attorneys and a support staff in
excess of 50. The mission of the firm is to represent its clients
effectively, efficiently and economically.
The firm primarily represents mortgage
lenders and servicers in foreclosure, loss mitigation,
eviction and bankruptcy matters. However, it also regularly
handles matters in the following areas of practice: collections
(retail and commercial), bankruptcy representation of chattel
and unsecured lenders, lender liability, title insurance
and general litigation.
