You also acknowledge that you understand that the information provided on the following page is provided as a courtesy and for informational purposes only. The data contained therein is deemed reliable, but not warranted. eTitle Insurance Agency takes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information contained on the following page. Refer to the actual Notice of Trustee’s Sale as published and posted for the location, date and time of the sale and description of the property intended for sale. The published Notice of Trustee's Sale can be found at utahlegals.com.
Dates and times of sales are subject to change by postponement at the time and place of the sale.
Utah law allows foreclosure auctions to be postponed by verbal announcement at the time and place of the original sale described in the Notice of Sale, or at the time and place previously announced for a postponed sale, to continue the postponement.
The sale can be postponed as many times as needed during the 45 day window after the original date of the sale described in the Notice of Sale.
Attendance at the original sale and subsequent postponed sale dates is the only way to be certain of the new date and time of a postponed sale.
eTitle Insurance Agency also makes no warranties or representations,
express or implied, as to the condition or location of the
properties listed for foreclosure sale, nor does it guarantee
clear title on a property. For an accurate description of
the property, please refer to the actual legal description
of the property disclosed in the public records. Prospective
bidders are advised to conduct their own investigation and
due diligence prior to placing a bid at the sale. Foreclosure
sales are subject to bankruptcy filing, payoff, reinstatement
or other circumstance that would affect the validity. If
any such circumstance exists, the affected sale will be
void, the successful bidder’s funds returned and the
trustee and current beneficiary will not be liable to the
successful bidder for any damage.
The following
page reflects foreclosure sales scheduled to occur and which
have not been cancelled. All sales are governed by applicable
state law. All information, including the bid amount, is
subject to change up to and including the time of the sale.
The bid amounts listed are opening bids only and may not
reflect the total amount of the debt due at the time of
sale or the final bid of the note holder. Opening bid information
is posted as soon as it is received from the mortgage servicer
or investor.
