Ms. King joined Lundberg & associates in 2002. She manages the firms foreclosure department. Her practice focuses on foreclosure, regulatory compliance, title resolution, loss mitigation to include Deed’s in Lieu, Workout Agreements and Modifications, REO and closings, and eviction matters on behalf of lenders and mortgage servicers. She regularly speaks on foreclosure and title topics, conferences both local and nationwide.

Mr. Lundberg joined the firm in 2009. He currently serves as President and Managing Attorney for the firm. His practice includes representing financial institutions, lenders, and mortgage servicers in business and real estate litigation, title disputes, regulatory compliance, and a variety of foreclosure, creditors’ rights, collection, and eviction matters. Mr. Lundberg founded Lundberg & Associates in 1991. He has represented mortgage servicers, financial institutions and other clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, deficiency, lender liability and related matters since 1978. Prior to founding the firm, he was a partner at the Salt Lake City firms of VanCott Bagley and Prince Yeates & Geldzahler.

Ms. McCormack joined Lundberg & Associates in 2012. Prior to joining Lundberg & Associates, she enjoyed a diverse practice in the areas of estate planning, commercial litigation, personal injury, title disputes, and small business organization. She also acted as assistant general counsel to two local agricultural cooperatives. Ms. McCormack’s practice now focuses on representation of creditors and lienholders in litigation, bankruptcy, title resolution, foreclosure, and eviction.

Mark S. Middlemas joined Lundberg & Associates in 2008. Before joining the firm, Mark enjoyed a diverse practice as an associate attorney at the Salt Lake City office of Peterson, Reed, Warlaumont & Stout, practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, construction and mechanics liens, collections, real property, and bankruptcy while representing private individuals, equipment suppliers, contractors and credit unions. From 2004-2008, Mark acted as the bankruptcy, foreclosure and litigation attorney for Castle, Meinhold & Stawiarski’s Utah division. Mark’s practice currently focuses on bankruptcy resolution strategies for mortgage lenders and consumer retailers.
