The bid amounts listed are opening bids only and may not reflect the total amount of the debt due at the time of sale or the final bid of the note holder. Opening bid information may not be posted until after it is received from the mortgage servicer or investor, contingent upon the mortgage servicer or investor’s approval to disclose the opening bid. Accordingly, opening bid information may not be available until immediately prior to the sale, if at all.
