Representation in connection with the recovery of excess sale proceeds from foreclosure sales conducted by the firm and other trustees is provided by the firm for institutional and individual clients.
The firm provides experienced loss mitigation representation for its clients. Included in the forms of loss mitigation options are deeds in lieu of foreclosure, short sales, forbearance or workout agreements and loan modifications.
The firm provides reconveyance and lien release services for a number of mortgage servicers as well as reconveyance contractors.
Replevin cases (recovery of personal property securing an obligation) are handled by the firm for a variety of clients, including mortgage services, credit unions, vehicle financing companies, retail merchants and individual investors.
